Vinted’s brand team is a force. Forty-five creatives, strategists, and producers spread across Vilnius, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London, functioning as an internal agency for one of Europe’s most ambitious tech companies.
Expanding into new markets. Leading on AI adoption. Redefining sustainable commerce.
The pace was relentless. And the ask kept growing; do more, move faster, embrace new tools; with what you have already.
It’s not uncommon in businesses today: do more with less, leverage technology, work smarter & faster & stay ahead of the curve…with the current resources.
On the surface, they were delivering, but the leadership team listened to some of the growing pains that needed additional support.
Rapid context-switching. Unevenly distributed enthusiasm for AI.
Sure, they were a High Performing team, but was this sustainable?
These were talented people. And Vinted’s leadership team recognised they didn’t need to upskill on the technical level, but update their human Operating System: the foundation that enabled their future performance capability.
Their fall offsite in Vilnius was the moment.
The design was intentional: integrate the work into their existing agenda. Rather than bolting on a standalone workshop, we book-ended the team’s business presentations with our sessions, so the shift in energy carried through the whole offsite.
Using our head–heart–body–context model, we took the team through a series of exercises designed to surface what was really going on beneath the performance:
- Energy and attention mapping: real-time word clouds revealing what drains them (rapid context-switching, meetings, anxiety) and what fuels them (sleep, nature, connection, purpose).
- Somatic practices: embodied exercises to tune into their nervous system, recognise stress signals, and learn to regulate in the moment
- The Creative Energy Cycle: a framework for understanding the rhythm of creative work: discover, create, complete, replenish; and where they were getting stuck
- Team rituals and commitments: practical, portable habits they could take back to their sub-teams across four cities
- Honest, facilitated conversation: space to name the tensions that don’t usually get airtime in a fast-moving organisation
There was a lot of movement. Laughter. Moments of real honesty. The room was electric with a team that cares deeply about their work, each other and the planet, finally given permission to ask how they were actually feeling about all of it.
The shift was visible. A team that arrived scattered across cities and running on adrenaline left feeling reconnected, grounded, and clearer about how to support each other through what comes next.
With an overall satisfaction score of: 82%.
And the qualitative feedback told the deeper story:
