Our Work
Given the profile of our clients and the confidential, sensitive nature of much of our work, we don’t always have the opportunity to showcase our most inspiring projects.
However, we’re pleased to share a selection of projects and client work we’ve completed. To learn more, please reach out directly or explore our services page.
400 Specialists. 18 Countries. Adding the Human Layer to World-Class Technical Training.
Embedding coaching, communication, and self-awareness into the technical training of 400+ clinical specialists across Europe.
Boston Scientific’s clinical division was scaling fast: with exceptional technical training already in place. What was missing was the relational layer: coaching physicians, reading the room, building trust under pressure. We designed a rolling programme of half-day workshops, embedded into their existing curriculum across 18 cohorts and 10+ sessions.
The result? 9.2/10 facilitator ratings, 82% scoring 9 or 10, and a team with practical tools and confidence for the human side of the job.
45 Creatives. 4 Cities. Moving Fast, but at risk of Losing Ground.
A team leading on AI adoption and brand expansion: given the tools to face rapid change with resilience.
Vinted’s brand team was absorbing constant pivots, new tools, and rising ambition without expanding headcount.
We designed two experiential half-days into their Vilnius offsite, using somatic practices, energy mapping, and facilitated dialogue to surface what was going on beneath the performance, and ensure they meet the demands with energy & capacity.
When Two Cultures Collide, Connection Isn’t Optional
From disconnection to shared understanding, in just two workshops.
Following a major merger, Estates Gazette faced the challenge of integrating remote teams and building a new culture from scratch.
We delivered two full-day Enneagram workshops: one for leadership, one for the wider team, to foster trust, strengthen communication, and create a shared language across the business.
The result?
A more connected, resilient team, equipped to lead (and work) with greater self-awareness, clarity, and empathy.
They Were Saving the Planet—But Burning Themselves Out
Helping leaders avoid burnout & lead with more energy, clarity and impact.
Anthesis’ senior leadership team was under pressure: balancing global impact work with the creeping cost of exhaustion. Amidst blurred boundaries, low morale, and cultural shifts after a corporate acquisition, leaders were starting to fray.
Through our Be Fully Human leadership program, we helped them reconnect to their energy, restore resilience, and shift into a more grounded, sustainable way of working.
Post-program results showed a 44.75% boost in energy and a 39.5% increase in decompression: helping these leaders show up calm, focused and ready to lead for the long haul.
180 Sales People. 6 Continents. 1 Shared Breakthrough.
An immersive Enneagram experience for 180 people at the World Sales Conference.
When a leadership change opened space for reorganisation, Elsevier saw an opportunity to rebuild culture across their global sales team.
We designed a full-day Enneagram workshop at their World Sales Conference in Bangkok, bringing together 180 remote team members to reconnect, reflect, and rediscover how to work better together.
The result?
A renewed sense of a cohesive team, a shared language, trust and what many called the “highlight of the entire event.”
Expected to Perform Like Athletes. Never Taught How to Recover.
How The Office Athlete Programme helped a law firm reset their state, reclaim their focus, and perform with ease.
Let’s be honest: most office workers are expected to perform like athletes… but without the coach, the recovery time, or even a proper lunch break.
That’s where The Office Athlete Programme comes in.
We designed it for one simple reason:
To help people feel better in their bodies
so they could perform better at work.
Because you can’t think clearly when your nervous system is fried;
you can’t focus when your body’s stuck in tension;
and you can’t lead well, if you’re running on cortisol & caffeine.
Beyond the Brief: Where Creativity Meets the Nervous System
Helping Royal Designers reconnected to their creativity, presence, and purpose.
Creative brilliance doesn’t come from working harder.
It comes from working in alignment: with your body, your story, and your inner rhythm.
In this intimate Royal Designers of Industry Summer Session, we were invited to a group of leading creatives to step away from the pressure to perform and tune into something deeper:
The why beneath their work.
The how of their internal landscape.
And the what of their creative longevity.
You Don’t Need a Whole Week Off. You Only Need One Powerful Day.
How leaders returned from The Paus Micro-Retreat replenished, reconnected, and ready.
When you’re in charge: of a business, a team, an entire organisation, or even just your family: it is hard to slow down:
People depend on you.
There are no real ‘breaks’.
Anything can happen while you’re away.
And yet, you know…
You can’t lead effectively if your system is in overdrive.
You lose perspective when you’re stuck in stress-mode.
And you definitely can’t pour from an empty cup.
The Paus Micro-Retreat was created to offer a different kind of leadership intervention:
A short, potent one-day retreat to fully reset & restore your capacity for the daily grind.
Anxious Kids. Overwhelmed Staff. Real Tools That Helped.
From stomach aches and overwhelm, to a shared emotional toolkit, in one whole-school intervention.
At Wellesley Prep, anxiety among young pupils was rising fast; leaving teachers overwhelmed and children dysregulated.
We delivered a three-part intervention across staff, students, and parents to build emotional resilience, shared language, and co-regulation skills.
The result? Calmer classrooms, empowered teachers, and pupils better able to name and manage what they’re feeling.
